I provide construction management and construction consulting services on a broad basis. I am a “one man shop” with low overhead, and with the ability to respond too a client's needs in an expeditious and professional manner. I have over 40 years of successful “real world, feet on the ground” construction and management experience under my belt, in all phases and most types of construction.
My typical assignments are less than six months, with some as short as a couple of weeks. Longer periods can be discussed and may be acceptable, depending upon a number of factors.
My fee structure is relatively simple. I work on a contract basis at an agreed upon hourly rate. The calculation of hours is based on the actual time I am working on your assigned tasks. Typically, for projects and work assignments located within the continental USA, travel expenses to and from the assigned location of the work, including transportation, lodging, food, etc., are included in the agreed upon hourly rate.
